Woodvale FC is delighted to offer your son or daughter the opportunity to trial for the highest-level team within their age group for the 2027 season.

• These trials are for the leading team only (if you do not wish to be in the lead team, there is no requirement for you to trial). There will be one leading team in each age group. Registrations for the 2027 season will open in early January. If your child is not selected for the leading team, you are welcome to register them for one of our other teams and priority will be given to returning 2026 players, with any remaining positions then offered to new players.

• Players are expected to attend all listed trial sessions. Players cannot choose which sessions they attend, as missing a session may disadvantage your child during the selection process.

• A registration cut-off date has been set to allow the coaches and committee to properly prepare for the trials. We are a volunteer-run club, and having players attend who have not registered by the cut-off date makes it difficult for us to organise the trials effectively.

• Following the trials, the committee will discuss the team and proposed division placement with the coach in the new year.

• Once the trials have been completed, an email will be sent to each player who attended the trials. This email will confirm whether your child has been offered a position in the leading team or thank them for participating in the trial process
